1.REASON  FOR BEING A JOB PROVIDER IS A BETTER OPTION THEN BEING A JOB SEEKER .

A job seeker who is doing a job have a limited boundary for their financial rewards as they only get limited salary and some perks and maybe bonus on their good work, where else a job provider often comes with a chance of risk but also have a potential for generating a significant profit and if ran a successful business he or she may can enjoy  profit as much they earn.


INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY-

As a job provider, you can also use you creative and innovative ideas directly into action and a super thing is that u get a freedom of thoughts. This also gives an high satisfaction and fulfilling freedom .
