JOB PROVIDER NOT JOB SEEKER
In India whenever a child is born that child is sent to school provided are books and embedded with the knowledge that does not work in the real world. This further does not let a child choose what they want to become in future. Especially in our country parents and relatives focus on the child to be a job seeker not a job provider. In schools we are taught theoretical knowledge which is not useful in many places. The study pattern in India is very outdated.
A job seeker is an individual who is actively looking for employment opportunities. This can include individuals who are currently unemployed, as well as those who are employed but seeking new career opportunities.
Job seekers typically engage in a variety of activities in order to find job openings and apply for positions. These may include searching online job boards and company websites, attending career fairs and networking events, working with recruiters or staffing agencies , and applying directly to companies through their website or job application portals.
In order to increase their chances of finding employment, job seekers may also work on developing their skills and qualifications through education, training programs, and professional development opportunities. They may also seek out mentors or advisors to help them navigate the job search process and make connections in their desired field.
What is a job provider?
