Blog on, “Job provider not job seeker”

 “Me as a job provider”

A job provider is an individual, business, or organization that creates employment opportunities for others. Instead of seeking a job, a job provider focuses on offering jobs, contributing to the economy by hiring employees or creating businesses that generate positions.

In today’s world full of technology and skilled required for the job, being a job provider is a major concern like which sector to be taken, shall it works accordingly and many more. Job provider is a person or may be an organisation which provide jobs to the employee in a systematic and formal manner.

Being a job provider is not easy as it requires to involve all the person and labour, so that the same contribute to country’s income & wealth.  Selecting the best person for the job is also an important decision.

I want to make more employment in my areas where I want to consider both skilled and non-skilled labours and also not to ignore the women involvement, as we have seen the different issues are suffered by the women of society.

Points due to which I want to give jobs-

Employee prospective-

Financial aspects.

Enriching the growth and development.

Improving skills.

Diversifying knowledge.

Organisation prospective-

To get done with the operational activities.

To provide employment.

Overall development of local area.

Societal prospective-

Growth and development of society.

National income increase.

Poverty rate declines.

Including the above given reasons there are some many other which encourage me to be job provider not job seeker is that if I would be a job seeker I only can make benefit of me and my family, but instead if I took job provider I could be able to make society more better by giving the jobs opportunity to more persons.

From Employee to Entrepreneur

Becoming a job provider means moving from a traditional employee mind-set to thinking like an entrepreneur. Whether you start a small business or invest in side hustles, this shift opens up opportunities for both financial growth and job creation.

Now “sector to choose”

If we talk about our current situation of increasing technology and AI in services sector, I prefer to be a job provider in manufacturing sector as we also know the missing middle of Indian economy where the manufacturing sector is all escaped in the economy.

After preferring the manufacturing sector, I can work my aim to make job for both skilled and unskilled labour.

Let me take an example of

‘Bricks made by fly-ash’

Fly ash bricks are environmentally friendly construction materials made from the by-products of coal combustion (fly ash), combined with cement, lime, and water. These bricks offer several advantages over traditional clay bricks.

Environmental Benefits: Fly ash bricks help reduce the amount of fly ash that would otherwise end up in landfills. By repurposing industrial waste, they contribute to waste reduction and environmental conservation.

Strength and Durability: These bricks are known for their strength and durability, making them suitable for both residential and commercial buildings. They are also resistant to weathering, fire, and moisture.

Cost-Effective: Fly ash bricks are generally more affordable than clay bricks due to their lower production costs and the use of waste materials. They also provide better insulation, which can lead to reduced energy costs in buildings.

Lightweight: They are lighter than traditional clay bricks, which makes them easier to handle and transport, reducing labour and transportation costs.

Improved Construction Speed: Fly ash bricks are uniform in size and shape, making construction faster and reducing the need for mortar during assembly

As in this plant we need approx. 30-40 labours, refer below bifurcation of the same:

S. no.

Job post

No. of employee

1

Operator

2

2

Supervisor

3        {1 on 10}

3

Accountant

2

4

Receptionist

1

5

Labour force

30

Total

38

In total I need approx. 40 workers which includes both skilled and unskilled. By making around 40 people employed makes me an entrepreneur. And give me a chance to contribute to the national income, development and growth of the villages.

As this industry does not need much capital accumulation. It will be easy to setup, run and make this organisation profitable as well as a job oriented.
