 “JOB PROVIDER not JOB SEEKER”

WHY TO BE A JOB provider and not to be a part of the queue that has been waiting to get a job since long….?

If we look at the population of educated unemployment rate that has been quite rapidly increasing more and more after covid and the number is increasing till then only.

The population is also one of the main reasons that why people need to switch too start being a job provider and not merely being a job seeker who is continuously looking for a job in this cut – throat competition in job market .

The lack of opportunities in the current job market is also one of the major issues in the current times.

The youth who is educated enough with skills and knowledge set is sitting idle at home and unskilled people are making lakhs and crores just due to the unsaid truth that’s been existing in our country just like air in nature i.e. CURRUPTION .

In a state where people are ready to accept a C class job with graduation and post-graduation degrees are ready to settle for such jobs just due to competition and prevailing situations in the country .

This is quite philosophical but I AGREE AND BELIEVE IN IT AS I READ SOMEWHERE “WHEN GOD HAS GIVEN U WITH ENOUGH SO WHY NOT BE A GIVEN THEN BEING A TAKER”

Also why not be ones own boss 

When u can have the authority to people reporting to you why u need to go and report to someone else…

Next thing that arises is then….. that how one can be a job provider and not be a job seeker ?

The answer is very simple u JUST NEED TO CHANGE YOUR MINDSET. Not everyone nor anyone is born with an ENTREPRENURIAL SKILLS AND MINDSET. U JUST NEED TO HAVE PROBLEM RECOGNITION And Problem solving abilities (grab the opportunity present in outer world to encash it with a new innovative product or service that caters to the consumwers problem , need or want. 

So is it time taking process to be a job provider

Yes ..ofc.it is it takes your TIME ,ENERGY ,EFFORTS ,DEDICATION ,SACRIFICES and what not .. but I can say onething forsure the result that it gives back to u is worth all the efforts .and they also say na “karam kr or fal ki chinta mt kr”

Or “sabar ka fal meetha hota h”

Does money matter when u just start your way to be a job provider ?

Ans. Is : it depends on the person to person some want money only or some just want to get recognized for the work done by them for the outer world.

You need a big chunk of money to start your journey as a job provider ? 

Yes sometimes u do need a big amount of money but not always there are n number of entrepreneurs who had started their journey from the scratch or with a bare minimum money the  name in my head goes to be THE VOWNER OF THE NISH HAIRS WHO JUST STARTED HER BUSINESS WITH AN INITIAL INVESTMENT OF RS.5000 AND NOW U SEE SHE IS MAKING LAKHS AND CRORES , AND THERE ARE MANY OTHER people in the industry who have done a great work at their fields with their talent and hard work .

Now u will say that not all and everyone can be an ENTREPRENEUR  I would say u may be right but atleast  u can work in accordance with ur dreams demand .

Some ideas that can be a beneficiary in taking or starting your journey to be a job provider….:

Start a new product development after market research ,SWOT analysis and different types of feasibility study ,practicability study and many more steps.

Be quick in grabbing the opportunities as the first comers goes the long way in the new products industry.

Healthy food alternatives 

Brand of apparels or footwear with some USP (UNIQUE SELLING PREPOSITION )

New innovative products research and development .

What will be the benefits of being a job provider instead of job seeker?

You will be your own boss and everyone under you work and report as per only your terms and conditions.

More enthusiasm and will power as it is all what u dream of.

All the credit for the result goes to you and only you unlike in corporate employees whose team does all the hardwork and the credit is easily taken over by their bosses without any appreciation .

Joy of  being independent and urge to grow and take the next step towards your way to success is all what that keeps you working and going’

Initially it can be a little pressure on the pocket but later or sooner it gives you the results both in the terms of money ,fame and reputation which were the reasons u started due to.

Increase in self esteem ,confidence and that feeling of being self made and independent is worth many things .

The benefits are not only limited to just the job provider it also flows to the people and society at large :

Society –

People or consumers problem gets solved by the product made by you .

It helps to increase job employment issue to the needy.

Social activities done by Entrepreneurs are impacting at a large scale nowadays.

To employees or team members 

Job security .

Growth opportunities for the needy individuals as they say when u grow u not grow alone the whole family or team grows with you .

Monetary benefits along with social benefits ( increased standard of living )

Unemployment issue gets solved.

Conclusion :

To end I would say that just don’t wait for anyone to come and serve u with a pity job and be your boss for the rest of your life .NEVER BE AFRAID TO BREAK THE MONOTONY LAID DOWN FOR YOU BE READY TO CHANGES YOUR WAY AND GET THE THINGS DONE IN THE RIGHT WAY JUST AS YOU WANT IT . be confident BELIEVE IN YOUSELF AND NEVER HESITATE TO GIVE YOUR BEST and remember nothing in life comes for free in your life not that your dream jobs .  

Try to be a JOB PROVIDER AND NOT A JOB SEEKER
