Job Provider not Job Seeker
In today’s generation people are not trying to create jobs for others but they are trying to get the one for them. Today people are in a search of a fixed and safe source of income for them. As we all know that business is a ongoing risk, whenever we talk about doing business the risk is inevitable with it. Uncertainty is hand-in-hand with the business which makes it more unpredictable and riskier for the people.
People are losing their leadership qualities thus, resulting in the degradation of potential to take the risk and start a business. While working on a job you don’t get enough of reward for your work but you only gets a prefixed amount of salary for the work while the business offers you the reward for your risk taking.
People in India gets higher education from reputed institutions and expects others to provide them with a job or just have a goal of working in a company under someone, and they never generate a feeling of performing the same task for someone else in their place. The young generation of the country has created a clear mind-set that they only have to do a job but not a start a business or a venture. Due to their this mind-set there is a high rate of migration of people from India to other countries. This is majorly in search of better jobs and higher paying opportunities.
This trend is making the migration destinations a better job provider than India, even after its vast and glorious history of trade and merchandise.
The job providers of migration destinations baits them with higher paying options. In reality, they people just robs our young and fruitful workforce for their nation’s betterment and development. Their only motive is getting and making their country more and more developed and hence they didn’t even bother about the development of the individual who is working hard for them in their country.
So I question the migrant people that why to benefit others with our expertise and skills when our government is offering such tempting and helpful policies for the new business houses in the country. There are separate policies for the different industries.
